The Nomination Committee of Peptonic Medical AB (publ) presents the following proposals for resolutions at the Annual General Meeting on May 24 2023, regarding the number of members and election of board members.
Jan Bardell has declined re-election. The Nomination Committee proposes the election of Anna Stinger and Tarek Shoeb and the re-election of Anders Blom, Anders Norling and Daniel Rudeklint. The Nomination Committee proposes that Anders Blom is to be elected Chairman of the Board.
Anna Stinger, born 1968. CEO Anna Stinger AB. Anna Stinger is chairperson for Missing People Sweden. Previous assignments include Marketing Director Åhléns AB, acting Vice President Strategic Marketing Q-Med AB, Head of Global Marketing Q-Med AB and Head of Brand and Communication Tele2 AB. Anna Stinger has studied Strategic Business Communication at IHM Business School and Project Management at Berghs School of Communication. Anna Stinger is independent in relation to Peptonic Medical and its management and independent in relation to larger shareholders. Holdings: 0
Tarek Shoeb, born 1969. Tarek Shoeb is a board member of Terranet AB. Previous assignments include employments with Goldman Sachs, One Equity Partners, and Cerberus. Tarek Shoeb has primarily worked with private equity investments. Tarek Shoeb holds B.A. from the American University in Cairo and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Tarek Shoeb is independent in relation to Peptonic Medical and its management and independent in relation to larger shareholders. Holdings: 44,000,000 ordinary shares, 33,000,000 warrants.

The Nomination Committee’s other proposals will be published in the notice to the Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting will be held on May 24th, 2023.
